Main factors of transducer failure:
1. Over fatigue crack caused by continuous long time work;
2. The design of the welding head is incorrect, or the welding head bursts, that is, the welding head frequency and resistance are incorrect;
3. The amplifier is not designed correctly or burst, which is caused by incorrect frequency and resistance of the amplifier;
4. The transducer is impacted by external force;
5. Amplifier/welding head loosens automatically during operation. Or the booster/welding head is not tightly installed.
