15Khz Ultrasonic Piezoelectric Transducer with 2600w High Power for Large 270mm Welding Horn

Description:

The mask machine is made of three layers of non-woven fabrics by hot pressing. The manufacture of a mask requires the cooperation of a mask body machine and an earband welding machine to produce a complete mask.

The 15K ultrasonic welding kit produced by QRsonic company is mainly used for the production of full-automatic folding mask body. Using 15K ultrasonic welding technology, 3-5 layers of PP non-woven fabric, activated carbon and filter material are bonded and cut out. Folding mask body, can process 3M 9001, 9002 mask body. Depending on the raw materials used, the produced masks can reach different standards such as FFP1, FFP2, N95 and so on.
